Yoga in The Park

Flow Motion, LLC will be hosting a free yoga class in Pioneer Village at 10:00 AM. Open to all ages who would be interested. Ages 18 and under need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is the perfect thing to help you Namasta-y healthy and flexible! Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
